All strategy, consultation, setup, and service fees are non-refundable once work has started.
2. Monthly Retainer Services
Retainer fees are non-refundable after the billing cycle begins.
3. Advertising Budget
Ad spend paid to third-party platforms such as
- Google Ads
- Meta Platforms
is non-refundable and subject to their respective policies.
4. Exceptional Cases
Refunds, if any, are provided solely at the discretion of Rank Avtar Media.
